Back to basics of the Maltese Language

Let's understand the Maltese language:


Ċ = sounds like CH - Chart
Ġ  = sounds like G - Gem
G = sounds like G - Grey
GĦ = sounds like aye-n 
= sounds like Hour
Ħ  = sounds like Hook
IE = sound is a prolonged 'E'
J = sounds like Yarn
K = sounds like Colour
X = sounds like Sharp
Q = sounds like a gut 'K'
Ż = sounds like Zoo
z = sounds like ts-eh
